WHY THE OWNER LIKES LIVING HERE: "The neighbors are friendly & helpful, & the pool is big & clean. The clubhouse has a game room, & the laundry area is filled with books. Most of the homes in the park are tastefully decorated & attractive. At our home, we have an outdoor sitting area as well as a large bonus room. When we open both sliding doors, we can enjoy the cool ocean breezes on hot summer nights. In the mornings, our home fills with sunlight, thanks to all the big windows. Our home also has plenty of space to spread out, relax, & try different decorating ideas. There's ample storage, the kitchen is great, & we enjoy the classic 1970s ambiance & unique little accents throughout. Plus, it's nice to be so close to the trolley, & it's lovely to take a scenic walk down G St. with all the birds & trees & green grass.
